Decor Republic Charging me 15% ( R 22 000) handling fee for Rejecting Non-Suitable furniture

a few days ago i paid R150 000 for furniture at decor republic, kramerville. This furniture was not on sale nor in an auction , as well as not a special order. it was bought based was what was seen in the store and delivery was made this past Wednesday. With the delivery guys we inspected the furniture and found that they delivered a super king bed instead of a king bed (please see picture). the couch and dining table did not fit the lounge area.

i immediately informed the sales person to come and have a look at the furniture and that i wasn't happy with what was delivered. she also admitted that the manufacturer made a mistake with the stock they ordered. 2 days after delivery I informed them that i have to return the whole order as it was not suitable and did not meet my expectations. i even offered to cover delivery costs.

they have insisted on charging me 15% of the R150 000 purchase as handling fees, in fact they have refused to come fetch the furniture unless i accept to pay a a 15% handling cost which they want to take from my refund. the furtniture is still in the condition delivered.

i would like a full refund from decor republic and they should come fetch their furniture.
