POOR SERVICE

Shocking Service!!!

I dont even want to give this company a star!!! I hired vases for my wedding in March .returned the items 19 March... Today is the 3rd of May and still NO Refund.. I received my credit note the week of my return and still NO Refund. I call approximately 3 times a week and all I hear is there is a back log and they will release my refund today...

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!
