Stay Away from this ******* Online Business!!!!
Avoid this Company and stay away from them!! - I have placed an online order with them - ([Order #177312] (18/04/2021)) and have still not received my ordered Items as yet (23June2021) - After having been promised that my parcel was handed over to the "Courier Guy" on more than one occasion, the Transport Company denied that they have received a parcel from them - The tracking number must have been a false number generated by them to keep me "happy?" - After much communication, I was promised that my money would be refunded to me and I have received a credit note to that effect on the 3rd of June 2021 (Less the Transport money, off course!! - To date, I have not received any money back into my bank account as provided to them - This is just another ******* online business who are just wanting to ***** your hard earned cash !!!!
We dearly apologies for any inconvenience caused.
1. Your Refund was completed and made into Sew Trek an amount of R415.69
2. A signed copy from Courier Guy Driver confirms collection, we can forward you a copy.
3. We would have a new batch of items sent to you free as a gesture.
