Poor Service experience

Poor service, I called them and inquired about a product and they said they would check and never got back to me. I had to follow up and call back FOUR DAYS in a row to get the same response each time. Then they do custom orders but wont quote me because because it will take too long. Having a business is obviously too much of an inconvenience for you, too much effort to call potential clients back or quote on an order?

I would not recommend them and would try every other route before contacting them for an item again.
