NO STOCK, AND NO REFUND. BUYERS BEWARE!!!

I placed order 2 4 6 5 0 9 on 23 October. It took FOUR WHOLE DAYS for them to tell me the item was out of stock. In an out-of-stock situation, a refund should be IMMEDIATE. But I have been waiting ANOTHER FOUR DAYS and there has been NO REFUND. The accounts department ignores my emails. I will now have to initiate a CHARGEBACK with Standard Bank, open a case of THEFT with SAPS, and leave a negative review on google reviews.
