I want my refund for 2x Occasional Chairs

I bought occasional chairs online from this company, all looked nice and elegant, paid with my Credit card as usual when you are purchasing online. That was in March. I was told they have to manufacture them because there is none in stock, was surprised that they actually make the product, how good they were. I asked the sales lady to please show me pictures before they transport them to me in Johannesburg because they are based in Durban, insisted on seeing them before they were shipped. I almost fell off my chair, completely different product, these chairs looked nothing like what I saw online. Rightfully so, I demanded my refund, I am still waiting since the 21st of April for my refund as it was concluded that day for a transaction that took place in March, for 2x occasional chairs. I don't know what kind of business or service is this, do they adhere with Treating Customers Fairly or at least The Consumer Protection Act. I paid them right at the time of purchase but the refund is taking forever. Geraldine told me that they need to make money first to be able to pay me, is there anything like that. I really want my money.
