Extremely frustrating refund process - have been waiting nearly a month for my refund

I was impressed at first with the service of Decor Essential, the fact that you have a key individual that handles your order, and the effort that was put in to try and find a product that was not in stock for me.

When stock couldn't be found, and no alternatives were suitable for my needs, I asked for refund.

My banking details was asked and I got notification that my refund is with the accounts department for processing, and will take 7 to 14 days.

I still haven't received my refund - it has been nearly 30 days. I've followed up multiple times with the individual handling my order but even she is struggling with the department responsible for refunds to get my refund through. Having a really bad experience with the refund process, really frustrating!
