Don’t buy from this ***** company they ***** consumers money
My wife has been taken from pillar to post with this order #264275 which she initiated on the 27/07/2024. A credit note #1739 was then issued on the 19/08/2024 and to date my wife still has not received her refund from this ***** company. She’s been dealing with them via WhatsApp line and emails and everytime they keep promising to get finance department to process the refund. It’s almost 2 months and she’s still waiting for her refund. 🤬 they don’t deserve this one star pity I can’t give them zero. I will be reporting them and taking further steps to recoup what my wife lost
