Poor Quality Carpets/ poor customer service.

<p>We purchased a carpet for our holiday apartment which we frequent two or three times per annum, in January/ February of this year 2016. It was a Persian type/style of carpet with a cream color border. We followed the salespersons recommendations on cleaning, however when completed with the cleaning the carpet border had lost its integrity and looked all bunched up as if it required ironing? </p> <p>We approached the owner, Ellie who immediately went on the defensive and refused to assist or investigate our complaint in any way. Her approach to customer and after sales service is non existent and the quality of their products leaves much to be desired. </p> <p>DO NO PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER. </p>
