Avoid at all cost!

<p>First of all, the quality of the pool installation is absolutely terrible, and the after sales support non-existent!</p> <p> </p> <p>Let me count the failures:</p> <p>- Terrible quality of pool installation, it's like they don't even care what it looks like, seems all about getting it done a.s.a.p. and getting paid.</p> <p>- It springs a leak, yes this happens, no problem. But when it takes almost 6 months to get them to come fix it, it's a little unacceptable. And then, when they finally do, they don't completely finish the job (failed to replace the cover brackets on tiles replaced - oh, they'll come back later.... riiiiight - still waiting)</p> <p>- Then the pump gives problems, sure they buy it from a 3rd party, but it took them forever to come take a look (same 6 month period as the leak) and when they finally decide, yeh, pump is faulty, they have to log it to the supplier... great. That said, the supplier of the pump was there within a day, and it got sorted im****ately. I wish I knew their name so I could give them a positive rating on here.</p> <p>- From day 1 the timer has been faulty. Just loses time. When they were out to fix the leak all I got "yeh, we'll come back to fix that" riiiiight, again. the pool has almost been installed for a year now, and still nothing.</p> <p> </p> <p>Just keep away from these people, they will waste your money.
