Zero customer service!

Most pathetic customer service ever. I ordered a chair online and to my dismay I couldn't pay for the assembling of the chair. It took an entire week for me to get the payment link, constantly calling the store. I paid on the same day I received the link, next thing I was being called constantly with reminder to pick the chair otherwise it will be sent back to wherever. This is the following week because I paid for the assembly on a Friday evening when I eventually received the link. To my dismay when I sent uber to collect the chair, it wasn't assembled. The driver had to wait while they assembled it and I had to incur the additional costs as a result. I was told that somebody would reach to me regarding this matter and to date nobody has ever bothered to reach out to me. And yes I did follow up. They don't even deserve a 1 star rating.
