Zero communication and no professional conduct

I called them on the 2 Aug and asked if they have a Spiro table in the Fourways branch and they said they do and when I get there on the same day they do not have. I decide to pay and order, told it will take 7-14 days, 14th day comes and there is no communication. I call them and they tell me that they do not have the table, I have to wait another 2 weeks. In all this I had to call them before they could update on my order and they are rude, speaking and laughing with other people while on a call with you. I AM NEVER AGAIN BUYING FORM THEM.
