Wrong orders

I bought a side table and it was out of stock. Decofurn said I can still buy it and they can order it for me. I sent my husband to go fetch it and they gave him the wrong side table. How the hell does a mix up like this even happen? How long will i have to wait again to get the side table that I bought????This is just a huge unnecessary inconvenience
