WORST WORST WORST

I bought a chair on 1 March 2023, the chair is being used by my boyfriend which is an IT specialist, and only him. The chair broke. A bolt in the inside of the chair tore out of the steel bracket, that is what it feels like, i phoned decofurn greenstone, had to send through photos after i explained that they wont be able to see the damage just for them to come back and tell me it is not a manufacturing fault. Now i dont know how they could see from a photo and how they came to that conclusion. When i asked the question via email over and over i get no reply. Worst people to deal with will never buy from them again and i will make it my mission to spread my encounter widely. WORST WORST WORST PLACE. NO RATING FOR THIS PLACE
