WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!

I have never been so disappointed in any company. I had a quality problem with something I bought and I have been trying for over a month to get an answer. I have called and e-mailed and everytime I was promised that someome will contact me, but no one has come back to me still. What more must I do??
