WORST SERVICE EVER

Purchased furniture from Decofurn in Greenstone. Requested delivery over the weekend as during the week nobody is home. Was promised delivery on Sunday. Waited the whole day and no delivery. The number on the invoice was non existent. This morning I had to google to find their correct number. I phoned and was told that the salesman was suppose to contact me yesterday already because one of the items were out of stock. Delivery will only be on Tuesday. I requested a refund and cancellation of order. This was one of my conditions of sale, that everything was in stock and to be delivered on Sunday. 5 minutes later the factory manager phoned me to say delivery will be today. Now where did this item appear from so suddenly. I can't handle *********** people! And feel that this was all to sudden, that now that I insisted on a refund the item was magically available. I will inspect these items with a fine tooth comb. If there is any indication that it was display stock I will report them to the consumer board.
