WORST SERVICE EVER.

on the 22.02.2020 I went to Decofurn furniture in north ridding and received the WORSE service, I went there to buy a FLOY FABRIC SLEEPER COUCH for the price of R2 399.00. When I got there, there was no one to assist me and when I went to get someone to assist me as I did not see the couch I was looking for instead the consultant asked if I have a photo of the couch I was looking for and when I advised them that I don't have a photo then the consultant just left me hanging, then I looked for another consultant to assist me and instead it him forever to check if they have stock available then again the consultant just left me hanging, then when I looked for another consultant to assist he told me that they MIGHT have stock after 4 - 6 weeks.

IF YOU SEE SOMETHING ON Decofurn furniture CATALOGUE, PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU VISIT THEIR SHOPS AS THE ONE ON THE CATALOGUES ARE FAR DIFFERENT FROM THE ONE'S YOU SEE IN THE SHOPS .
