worst service ever

We bought 2 beds and so other bedroom material for over R20 000. when we collected our furniture a second bed was missing and only got its pedestals. finally after a long wait it was delivered on <br> Saturday. when i tried to assemble the bed, it was wrong size. brackets do not correspond. bolts too small. 1 pedestal has a scratch and the other has an ugly dent on it. We called the branch and were referred to a manager who told us that its not his fault we got wrong material and we should pay for our own transport to take it back to the shop even though we did not ask for messed up furniture. Rather collect your **** and give us our money back, there are so many furniture shops out there....I want you to come and collect your ****, give us what we paid for OR give us our money back!!!!
