Worst service ever

This is by far the most shocking service I have ever received from any company. Firstly I bought a few items from Decofurn Centurion branch on the 9th of March 2018, needless to say it was not a small order. I paid on the date and decided that they should deliver the items as they did not have everything I ordered in stock. They advised that the delivery may take up to a maximum of 10 business days, which was fine. In this time I did not receive one phone call or any correspondence for that matter during this time. I contacted them on the 22nd of March, being 9 business days just to confirm whether the stock has arrived and whether everything was in order. I could not get hold of them on any of their listed numbers after trying for more than 30 minutes, I eventually got hold of their call centre who then informed me that she would get someone from the branch to call me back, that never happened. On the 23rd of March I tried once again to contact them to no avail, this was already 10 business days. I then visited the store personally and insisted to speak to the manager, he then assured me that the stock would be delivered on Monday the 26th of March after 4pm. Once again I received no confirmation of delivery or any correspondence from them. At half past 3 in the afternoon, I decided to check up myself, after numerous attempts I got hold of one of the shop assistants who assured me that the delivery would take place just after 4 as previously informed. At 5pm I contacted them once again as I did not receive anything, someone from the warehouse then assured me that he just spoke with the driver and that the delivery is on it’s way. After 6 pm I tried to contact them once again but the store was closed, no delivery received. At 51 minutes past 9pm I received a message from them informing that delivery would take place within the next 15 minutes. I still have not received the delivery. I then tracked the delivery vehicle and to my surprise the vehicle was near Westgate in the West Rand, I stay in Midrand. This is totally unacceptable and the worst service I have ever received by far.
