Worst Service Delivery.

Decofirn Nelspuit branch sold me a bed with a bad quality matress. They delivered the bed at my house after business closing hours on the date of 18 December 2020. When i got home i found the bed still in its packaging so i decided to test the before unwrapped everything. I felt that the matress wasn't comfortable so i decided to leave it in its packaging. Today i woke up and took back the mattress so that they can sell me one with a better quality and comfort. This was less than 24 hours after the delivery. The mananger told the sales man that they will not take it back because of hygene purposes and whatsoever because he doesnt know if i slept on it on not. I told him that the mattress is still in its packaging and i have not unwrapped it. He didn't even look at it and or check if the packaging was open or not, he just said there is nothing he can help me with. I tried contacting their head office but i still got no assistance there. This was the worst customer service i have had this entire year and what makes it even worse is that they are the ones who went to my house and delivered that *******. Now they cant take it back and sell me a better and more expensive matress than that one they delivered. Hense the mattress they sold me is not the one they showed me on the display when i was testing the bed. You might think ****** has decreased in this country but no, it is now done in extra steps.
