Worst service

I ordered an office chair on the 25th of April from Decofurn and I only get an email from on the 13th of May. Now they say they've been emailing me since beginning of May to arrange delivery on the address I already gave them. Returns policy also means I forfeit more than half the cost because they couldn't type my email correctly.
