Worst service at Decofurn amarosa collections

I was completely ignored at Decofurn Amarosa collections yesterday.

We all gave a short coloured gentleman with bald head our order numbers and 1 by 1 orders came out, people inspected at left. I was the only one waiting for over 30min, then 2 other white ladies came and they got assisted, now I interrupted and asked the gentleman what’s the hold up, turns out he forgot about me and for almost an hour of me sitting and waiting right infront of them no one bothers to come ask if I’ve been assisted. I ended up missing my 4pm appointment. Very disappointing customer service from the short bald headed gent. The worst in fact
