Worst server ever!

Worst customer and service delivery EVER! No requests from the customer/client were valued or listened to. When sending a complaint through, the response was: "We hope you support us again to see the change in service". Really? A faulty leaver needs to be fixed - same issues again - no communication with the customer/client. On their own timeline and rude! My requests, yet again, have been ignored.
