Worst quality furniture from Decofurn

I ordered a couch from Decofurn and I received it torn. I reported it and they sent a replacement whereby I had the same complaints. I now had to report it yet again and now I am being told I should have made a note on the delivery note and reported it sooner. My issue is, why am I in this position to begin with? I am the one who received a defective couch TWICE. Which only means no quality checks are done before delivery takes place to a customer. I am beyond disappointed in Decofurn.
