Worst Pathetic, Bad attitude from Saleslady and Cashier

On the 08/12/2023 I went to a branch called Amorosa, where I meet a saleslady(Coloured and Short).I asked the lady that am looking for Kian Bar Trolley and Lala Coffee table, she referred me to a branch in Greenstone which is 44.6KM away. only to find that the items she said I will get in that branch were already sold and at first i asked if she sure the items i will get cause the place is far she assured that i will get the items only to be disappointed and wasted my petrol.

The branch in greenstone advised I bought the items online, I went to buy the items online the same day.

On the 16/12/2023 I was informed that my items were ready for collection in Amorosa branch where I meet the same saleslady which I asked that I would like to cancel one item cause I already got it from some where else. She told me i must go to dispatch section where my refund will be processed only to find it is supposed to be done by the cashiers.

Got to dispatch where I was assisted by Bradley Cameron very professional and he gave me paperwork to give to the cashier and that she must give me my refund, to my surprise I meet another (coloured Lady)cashier who seemed that she was in a hurry to knockoff she had bad attitude when I was telling her that I was told by Bradley that she must refund me.

Amorosa i have had the worst bad service since the reinvention of unsliced bread the staff in that shop do not belong to be doing customer service.

all I want is my money and I wouldn't recommend anyone buying from Decofurn they have the worst service ever.
