Worst online shopping experience ever

I have been trying to purchase items online now for the past 2 to 3 weeks and everyday I get an error when trying to purchase something using their own credit system. I have phoned multiple times but all I get told is there are technical issues and I should just keep trying. Or I phone and no one answers and the call just dies. I have emailed and only get a response the next day or don't get a response at all.

This is by far the worst online experience I have ever had while trying to purchase online trying to use their own credit system.
