Worst most disgusting furniture shop and customer service

Worst place ever to buy furniture from, worst quality ever, worst online department. I purchased top leather recliners from them, being emailing and trying to call since purchase, the recliners mechanisms are very weak and does not work. They don't even have the decency to contact the client back seems like because you purchased online they less willing to help you. Very very bad customer service.
