Worst level of customer service and lack of delivery

This is the worst level of Service. I put through an order on the 1st of October at Decofurn for a Side table. This was supposed to be ready for collection at Fourways in 7 days. in the 7days it was not ready, nevermind the fact that they never answer their phones or return your calls. on the 25th of October I was frustrated and physically went into the shop where the manager apologized and told me the order had been messed up and not delivered to their store. He promised me that the side table would be delivered to my house on Tuesday 29th October. Until today 5th of November I have not received delivery or even a phone call to update me on my order. The is simply NO customer care from this shop. Don't waste your time placing orders with them, they don't deserve your business.
