Worst customer service I've had in a long time.

Most ridiculous exchange policy I have ever heard of. I bought a set of barstools as part of a huge order. The total order exceeded the minimum fee for free delivery by way more than the value of just the barstools.

I brought them back to the store in perfect condition the same way that I received them in the same packaging on the next day and they deducted a delivery fee of R400 from my exchange value. They also conveniently forgot to tell me that this would happen during the exchange.

Will never buy from them again. First and last time customer. Really pathetic service.
