Worst customer service EVER!!!!!!!!!

The service I have received from Decofurn has been in of the worst ever!!!!! I bought a dining table online, and requested for assembly of the table and made payment for it. The table was delivered on the 28th November 2025, however, the guys could it fully assemble the table as there was a part missing in the box, they notified their warehouse, and I was told they will send someone the next day to come and assemble the table. No-one came, and there was no communication from anyone at Decofurn. I called on Monday, 01 December 2025, I was told they will send someone on the same day, no-one came, I had to call again on Tuesday, I was told the part was couriered from Cape Town and it will arrive in Joburg in 2 days. It is now Friday, 05 December 2025, there’s no communication whatsoever from Decofurn keeping me abreast. This is absolutely ridiculous, the table is lying here in my small apartment on the floor for 8 days now. I am annoyed that I again need to call them/ send an email to ascertain when the will the table be assembled.
