Worst Customer Service

Worst customer service I have ever come across. I have had many difficulties, but they are the cherry on the cake. Paid my order, but they dont want to release my order. Now I have to wait weeks for my order seeing we are not from Cape Town and wanted to collect. They dont even want to help out or go the extra mile. I have also tried to get hold of the Montague Branch were I had to collect the order, and no answer since 9 o'clock until 12 o'clock. I finally contacted the hotline number and the lady tried to speak to management about releasing my order and they just did not care and said no. I will never order from Decofurn again.
