Worst customer service and furniture shop

Worst shop ever to buy furniture. I purchased 2 leather Como recliners from them on the 3rd of June it was delivered damaged. I immediately informed them to do a swop as the one Recieved was damaged, Recieved no feedback or communication since then. Worst customer service ever.
