worst Customer service and courier ever

We ordered recliners online, website is easy to use until you have to work with the call centre , worst customer care centre ever! Please train your employees to atleast try to offer customer service!

Delivery people was also not up to standard they are arrogant.

Besides the extremly bad call centre and arrogant delivery service the recliners are amazing and the order was delivered 11 days after purchased so no complaints on the items. Update your delivery options please so that furniture can be tracked goods ordered 7 months ago that was delivered already shows updating and my recent order is still showing pending.
