Worst Customer Experience

Worst customer experience!!!!! Bought items in store (Amarosa)was told I would receive my order / collect within 7 days as it needs to be shipped from Cap Town branch. It has been 3 weeks still no sign of delivery yet alone a simple courtesy email/call/text extending the delay of no delivery. Since "I'm" the one who purchased "I" need to follow up regarding my delivery/Collection status..SHOCKING CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!!!!! this was the 1st time buying from Decofurn this will sure be the last time! Shall never again put myself through what I'm going through. ANNOYED CUSTOMER
