WORST BEDS IN SA AND WORST SERVICE DEFECTED PRODUCTS

Beds don’t last more than 6 months. I’ve even had the regional manager contact me! 3 weeks later my bed still hasn’t been repaired. I have to keep falling up as there’s no communication. 1 st bed broke in 6 months they would not warranty they said they must repair which they did after me fighting with them. Then the bed broke again 1 month before warranty was up. I demanded a new bed but guess what no new warranty. 6 months later the brand new bed breaks again. They say no warranty I refuse to pay for repair as it is clear the beds don’t last more than 6 months. Now it’s been 3 weeks after I got no where with normal management and the regional manager contacted me. Still my bed is broken the normal management don’t bother to update me. The shocking service I have received from Decofurn is pathetic! I hope many people read this. I recommended not buying a bed from Decofurn. DEFECTED PRODUCTS BEDS DONT LAST MORE THAN 6 MONTHS, AFTER SERVICE PATHETIC HAVE TO BEG FOR UPDATES STORY CHANGES EVERY DAMN TIME!!!!!!
