Worse service ever n empty promises at Decofurn Port Elizabeth (Gqeberha)

My couch had a faulty footing, waited 2 months… calling numerous times for them to tell me the can’t replace my footing. Over 8months I’m sitting with a wiggly couch which I don’t even use.
