Worse quality for high prices

I bought a set of lazy Boyz I didn't have them even a month and it was torn took it back it was fixed, I than had the same issue not even six month within purchase I logged complaints no resolution than lock down came we had no way forward I tried after the locked down when stores were open I received no response
