Wont refund for no delivery

we bought two lounge suites two tables and a study desk from deco furn, they informed us that the study desk was out of stock at their shop however the other branches had and they would deliver.<br> after a month they now tell us they cant get stock and they promised to refund the money and it has still not been done.<br> useless service and *********.
