“Well just keep your money then”

I wonder why your rating is 1.8 out of 10. Pathetic service and absolute blatant disrespect towards customers. I had the displeasure of dealing with a so called Manager at the Springfield park store today. In September I called into the store to purchase a dining room table which was advertised. As always I walk into the store and there is never stock available. upon enquiring I was advised stock would be delivered at the end of October. I called and was advised that there was only one of the dining table available. I chatted to a lady by the name of Ramba who then went on to tell me that the price was now higher than the original . I asked to speak to a manager who rattled his name off when I asked him who I was speaking to.....quite honestly I didn’t even get his name. After rattling on about policies etc he very rudely said to me and i quote “well keep your money then”. Is this how a manager would speak to any client? He is rude, has no etiquette and speaks very poorly.

My husband then called the store to speak to Ramba as she was the lady who said to me “my manager is right here” when she put me through to him. Miraculously there were 3 Managers and nobody knew anything about it . To the weasel who wants to hide......be a man and own up to your actions. Think twice before shopping at Decofurn.
