Website Pathetic Service

Ordered on the website on the first of December recieved a payment confirmation but no delivery date or any mails after. It is now the 12th. The site says allow for 10 days for delivery. I can't get through to your call centre for assistance and when I did get through you blamed load shedding and said you would call me back. I have received no feedback or follow up call. This is not amateur hour can you get your things together and sort this out or I want my order cancelled and my money refunded. Completely Pathetic Service!!!
