Let me first say that Decofurn is the best furniture store ever, But the cashier Danielle including the Manager Marilize cant seem to do something so easy as calling a customer back, doing a simple refund and Mariliza the manager is unreachable.

its so sad that the same people that works for Decofurn is also giving Decofurn a bad name. after a month i'm still waiting on my refund and i'm the only one making the effort to sort the matter out. after visiting the store twice and several phone calls later i was promised once again that their head office will sort this out tomorrow morning.

So the wait continues.
