waste of time

A complete waste of time and space.

For years, I’ve given this store chances, hoping for improvement. There is none.

You will walk in and be ignored. The items you want will be "out of stock" with a perpetual "truck coming Friday" promise. The massive warehouse is a ghost town. Last year, I spent R30k and still got the wrong items delivered to my house.

Today took the cake. A salesperson confirmed 11 mirrors in stock, rang me up, and then ran over to say all 11 were broken. My desk? Had to be ordered. Again.

How do they stay in business? They deprive their own staff of sales and pay for a huge, empty building. Save yourself the frustration. Avoid at all costs
