Warranty Means Nothing to Decofurn

My daughter and I bought 2 recliners last year in Feb 23. About 6 months later we had to send our ecliners in for repairs. When we received them back one was replaced and the other was supposedly fixed. This year in Feb 24 my recliner stop opening all together and when my daughter checked the recliner, we found that is was just ducktaped and was never fixed. The recliner was still under warranty and they deliberately took long for it to expire. When I inquired about this, decofurn advise that they will send someone to come and check. That took about 3 weeks for someone to come and check. When I followed up they said it is due to negligence. They cannot tell me how I was negligent. This was said only after I called the regional manager, Charlene. I am extremely upset and feel that Decofurn do not honour their warranty, poor customer service and bad communication.
