Very poor service and misleading photos of furniture online

I bought a plasma unit and a coffee table online. Eventually it was delivered to me in PE. When I open the boxes, the furniture was so small looking like children toys to play with. It was nit the size I wanted. I immediately phone the PE decofurn and they told me because I bought online I should send a email to info@decofurn. I did that and is still waiting for them to get back to me. I want a refund as this furn won't be suitable for my lounge. I made contact with decofurn within the 7 day notice period. It's been two weeks now and nobody got back to me. Poor poor poor service. Was my 1st and last time buying from decofurn
