Very poor and bad service

Decofurn Factory Shop Silvelakes I went to decofurn silver lakes and bought a plasma stand and a coffee table and paid for the them on the 5th of September, I waited for a long time to be assist. I was then advised that the items I bought are not in stock n therefore they will have to order for me. I was promised that they will have stock in the next 7 days. on the 11th they called me to say I must and collect my order. When I went there on Sunday the 13th I was told only the the plasma stand was there n not the coffee table. My salesperson didn't even know what was is happening with my order, she looked confused. A guy from the shop promised me they will deliver the table to my house but even today on the 20th I still haven't recieved my table nor a call from them to say what is happening. The service at Decofurn Silvelakes is very poor I'm telling you. So now I have to waste my petrol again and go to the shop.
