Very friendly

I have been a customer of Decofurn for 2 years now. I came on here to give a good review and am actually shocked at the bad reviews I have seen.

This is one of the very few companies who answers calls and actually phone back when they're saying that they will phone back.

The quality is not THAT exceptional, but considering the prices, I am quite happy normally. On Saturday, we collected some items I ordered and paid for online during the last few weeks.... The guy made a joke that they don't do online collections on Saturdays....and considering the week I've had, I appreciated the friendly face and attitude.

Whilst it was raining, they helped us by carrying everything to where we were parked and even gave us empty cardboard boxes to cover our parcels with...

I am a happy customer for two years now.... I WOULD HAVE LOVED TO BUY KITCHEN CABINETS FROM THEM, BUT THEY DON'T HAVE THAT AVAILABLE
