very bad service at decofurn furniture from the staff to the delivery people

Even the delivery staff are very rude and don't have patience with customers i asked they kindly assist with Assembling of the bed the refused and that they want money for so do we at the store if they are not going assist us the end of business....i'm disappointed with everything that has decofurn inside.Lerato Tselapedi
