VERY BAD EVERYTHING!

Which I could give them no stars at all. I have never in my life had to pay for a service and goods and beg a provider to give me what I have paid for. 3 weeks of calling, complaining, speaking to branch managers, speaking to costumer care and nothing has been sorted. My poor mother has waited numerous days until late at night for a delivery that still has not been completed. First time they came they brought the wrong stuff, stuff that couldn't be assembled and scratched the stuff they did assemble. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM IF YOU DO NOT HAVE TIME TO BABYSIT AND CALL AFTER PEOPLE FOR YOUR THINGS, OH AND IF YOU NEED IT THIS YEAR AS I AM STILL WAITING!
