Utterly frustrated, bad service

Absolutely terrible service, I placed an order for a mare mattress four weeks ago, till today I haven't received the mattress and decofurn in northriding will not assist me nor give me an update on the order, they don't answer their phone or communicate why my order is taking forever to come through after paying R800 deposit . It's absolutely terrible to treat people like this, very disappointing
