Useless staff and service !!

I placed an order on 29th November(84864) and on checkout it advised that delivery date was 3-5 working days. To date, nothing received. Ive called the Call Centre about 20 times and spoken to 3 different people, after various attempts, as they dont answer their phone.. They all promise to call back and they dont. The last person I spoke to was Tasmeen. No reply to emails either. Then they give you other numbers to call and the one person I managed to get through to at Dispatch was absolutely useless and spoke to me like he was speaking to one of his friends, no professionalism whatsoever. Late last night i received an sms advising that the order has left Cape Town and Im in Jhb. So when will I get order? I get pushed from pillar to post with no resolution. I want my chairs delivered today as today is the 5th working day!! I will never order anything from you again!! Pathetic service...
